Another huge Alfa Romeo get together took place at the excellent Bicester Heritage site for AROC-UK’s National Alfa Day on Sunday 20 August. The Giulietta Register Club was pleased to be invited to join in again this year and 20 assorted Giuliettas and Giulia 750-101s participated

This was a truly international group, with 42 members (including navigators) from USA, New Zealand, Germany, France, The Netherlands, and UK in 21 Giuliettas and Giulias. In France we drove around almost 1200 miles in eight day away. There were no breakdowns that required opening the boxes of spares we carry on these tours. All in all, a successful and most enjoyable tour.

We had a great tour around the quiet lanes of Buckinghamshire, passing through several attractive villages, including the quaintly named ‘Newton Blossomville’ with it’s thatched cottages. Thanks to Andrew Stevens for organizing a one-hour drive through the local countryside, to get everyone ‘in the mood’ prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
