The AGM and Lunch will be held on Sunday 21 May at the Holiday Inn, Milton Keynes East, near Olney commencing at 11.30am, followed by lunch. The venue is situated on NE side of the M1, leave the M1 at J14 and take the A509 towards Olney (it is close to, but NOT IN Milton Keynes town).  

Lunch is a self-selection hot & cold buffet at a cost of £20 per person. There is no requirement to pre-select your meals (unlike many previous years).  We then take shared tables of 4 or 6 to eat in the restaurant. 

If you plan to have lunch, please make an e-payment of £20 per head for lunch and Coffees to the 'Giulietta Club Ltd' Account: 41248562, sort code 30-98-97, with payment reference 'AGM [SURNAME]' . Please email Duncan to confirm attendance with number of people (fernsdc@gmail.com).

The format will be as follows:

9.30am    OPTION: Country drive of around 30 miles circuit from the hotel, returning around 11am for coffee

10.30-11.30am  Arrival for those not doing the circular drive. Coffee & Biscuits available

11.30am   Annual General Meeting

1 pm        Lunch - self-selection hot lunch from buffet

Approx.3pm   Depart.

Should you wish to stay overnight on the Saturday at the Holiday Inn (double rooms from £90 B&B), please book directly with the hotel or an online agency such as Booking.com. There is no group rate reduction.

If you have not been to an AGM before, please don't be put off by the formalities - we aim to deal with them quickly to optimise the time for social chat.   We look forward to seeing as many as members as possible at this event.
