Rooms are available if you wish to book them directly with the hotel. Members who attend our Annual Meetings find it a great social meet with lots of time to chat, so if you have not been before, please don't be put off by the "AGM" title.  Get your car out for what may be the first long journey of the year, and join us!  

Lunch will be a hot & cold food buffet.  It will be a fixed price (TBA) and pre-booking of lunch will be required as we have done in the past, with payment via our Register web-site. If you have dietary requirements, please email fernsdc@gmail.com and we will ensure that they are catered for.   

Please now book your lunch(es) at EVENTS / AGM LUNCH ORDER FORM and pre-pay £28 per head for the Buffet Lunch.  A PayPal link is provided.   Please do this no later Wednesday 26 MARCH so that we can confirm numbers with the hotel.
